My main program is 6 months long, which gives us enough time to build real habits and sustainable results. We have a few different packages available depending on your needs and timeline. The investment varies based on which package you choose, but we can always find something that works for your budget. We'll talk through all the options on our call and find the perfect fit for you.
Most clients notice changes within 2-3 weeks (more energy, clothes fitting better). Significant body composition changes typically take 8-12 weeks, depending on where you're starting and how consistent you are. The key is consistency - that's what we focus on.
That depends on your schedule. Everything is customized specifically to you, but it usually doesn't take more than three to four hours per week. We will adjust everything to your schedule and whether you do it at the gym or at home. Most clients say that once they get going, it becomes part of their routine.
